Our seals create the seal on the side of the jar so you don't even need to fully tighten the lid to create the seal. This means that it's easy to open your jar when you need to also. The plastic lids available do not create an airtight seal. Tin coated lids will rust after repeated uses. Lids lines with plastisol can contain BPA.
