We work with a dedicated family of farmers to grow the best tasting fruit on the planet. Our Organic Calimyrna Figs grow in the hot summers and cool wet winters of the Mediterranean. They're harvested at their peak of ripeness and sun-dried to a glorious sweetness. When dried naturally, the sugars within the fig begin to move to the surface of the skin, giving the fig it's off-white coloring. This sugaring process gives the fruit an instant sweet taste, making it an even more enjoyable treat! Our soft tan Calimyrna Figs have delicate skins and moist flesh, each one with just the right balance of sweet and nutty flavors. And figs are naturally high in fiber, perfect for a healthy snack!
