The H&A BROADCAST ARM with XLR Cable Combo is an advanced studio-grade microphone 2 section suspension boom that frees precious deskspace from the clutter of recording environments. The gravity defying arm features an internal spring system with a concealed tension mechanism, engineered to firmly support microphones and recorders up to 5 pounds. The sleek profile and sturdy built-in balance structure gives the impression of professional presentation over an exoskeletal appearance belittling the sound studio importance. The integrated XLR cable completes the world-tour class kit, connecting you to the input without anything less that invisible aural perfection. Once a mic is attached, no additional counterbalance is needed to gracefully float a mic delicately before the audio artist. The mic can be positioned at any angle with the standard 5/8"-27 mic stud mount thread and a lockable 360° rotating post. Any mic poise is maintained even when the arm is repositioned. The compact designed base-board c-clamp mounts serves a dual purpose, fastening onto tabletops up to 2.25" thick and allows for rotation secured with a thumb screw lock. The maximum reach of the assembly is 40 inches and can position a mic as low as 2.5" off the desktop surface.
