How They Work: -These switches work by cutting power to your guitar pickups when pressed, and re-applying power when released. -When used rhythmically in conjunction with your playing, it creates a stuttering/staccato effect most prominently used by guitarists like Buckethead, EVH, & Tom Morello! Our Iron Age exclusive kill-switches feature: -Rugged Stainless Steel construction for superior durability that can really take a beating! -A sleek original look (no more obnoxious killswitch boxes or tacky buttons) -A slightly raised button allows you to easily pinpoint its location without missing a beat. -Crisp button action & smooth release for confident playability. -Vibrant LED of your choice to really light up the stage! -Pre-wired contacts to facilitate installation. -A rubber gasket to seal and protect your guitar's finish& 2 resistors for the LED circuit.
