While we can't say that our guilty pleasures are limited to three things, these decadent gourmet finishing sea salts wouldn't be a bad place to start. Blue Cheese Sea Salt, made with all-natural dehydrated blue cheese and sustainably harvested California Sea Salt, is wonderful for adding real depth to salads, making french fries, mashed potatoes, and simple pasta dishes pop, and, our personal favorite, as a fantastic and unexpected salt rimmer for margaritas. Crystallized Honey Sea Salt is just as wonderful as a compliment to the last course of your meal (sprinkled on yogurt, fruit, cheese, preserves and jams) as it is on more savory fare like potato salad, roast mixed veggies, pork dishes, and freshly sliced tomatoes. But take our word for it an try on vanilla ice cream for a two ingredient, no prep dessert that will become your new favorite. And our Italian Black Winter Truffle Sea Salt? Wow. Made with at least 10% truffle, this incredibly decadent sea salt packs a punch, bringing new layers of depth, profound umami flavors, and a linger taste of deliciousness on whatever you sprinkle it on.
