Add 1" for small/medium breeds and 2" for large breeds. Sizes: • XXX-Small measures 3½" with a 7" circumference • XX-Small measures 4" with a 8" circumference • X-Small measures 4¼" with a 9" circumference • Small measures 5¼" with a 10" circumference • Medium measures 5½" with a 12" circumference • Large measures 6¼" with a 13" circumference • X-Large measures 6¾" with a 15" circumference
