GRO HOOF is a specialized feed supplement for hooves. It is formulated to nourish every tissue in the hoof horn to optimize conditions for maximum growth. Each serving of GRO HOOF contains 37.5mg of Biotin to ensure optimal levels of this nutrient. GRO HOOF also contains: - Calcium, an essential mineral for keratin stabilization and cohesion in the hoof wall. Research has shown that a calcium deficiency can predispose hooves to weakness, brittleness and cracks originating at the coronary band. - Zinc , paramount for the proper healing of all epidermal tissue, especially the hooves. - Amino acids, the building blocks of protein - which are essential constituents of hoof horn. GRO HOOF should be added to the normal feed ration. Feed adult horses 1 scoop (0.7 oz) per day. For best results it is recommended to feed GROHOOF for 180 days. The 5 lb size provides a supply of up to 114 days for one horse.
