Spirelli is a fascinating gravity-powered toy made from rainbow-colored wooden rings on a squiggly spring that wiggle and shimmer when the toy is turned over. The motion of the rings is somehow both stimulating and calming. A captivating plaything for all ages (from 3 years up) -- grownups love it too! Simple yet smart, fascinating and colorful. Hold the spirelli upright, then turn it upside down and watch the wooden rings cascade down the spiral, making a cool whooshing sound as they go.Watch the rainbow beads move ever so gently up and down the rod (which can be curled if you choose). Listen for the sound that is made every time they move.Original Spirelli has a length of 52 cm (about 21 inches). Mini Spirelli has a length of 23 cm (9 inches). Wooden rings are made from alder wood. The special wire for stability can be bent many times and will not break. Ages 3+.
