Jendila’s grappling mates are suitable for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, wrestling, MMA Ground and Pound and similar styles. This product is sold UNFILLED and the best material for stuffing is shredded cloths or rags. Polyfil can be used but will not have the same support as polyfil is not dense enough, kids are the exception. 65lb weight limit for largest size, 30lb for kid size. Sand is not supported for this product. Please place your order according to your height and size. Our 48”-54” sizes are designed for adolescents and typically 60”-70” sizes for adults. Arrives UNFILLED dummy; 48”-72” length and 25-40 oz weight, in 12x11x5 inches packaging.
