Grady's Cold Brew is a New Orleans-Style coffee concentrate. We cold brew a special blend of coffee, chicory, and spices for 20 hours, resulting in a velvety-smooth cup with every pour. Sip it straight, water it down, or milk it for all it's worth. ● What is cold brewing? Cold brewing is a process in which coffee is brewed by soaking grounds in cold water overnight. After steeping, the coffee is filtered to separate the grounds and silt from the liquid. ● The Bean Bags-literally, bags with ground coffee beans, chicory, and spices-soak overnight in water. In the morning, remove bags from your brewing container and discard or compost. Concentrate can be kept in the fridge for up to two weeks. ● One part Grady's + one part milk (or water for black coffee) = total perfection. Feeling adventurous?
