'Governor Mouton' is a cold hardy variety. This shrub does well in partial sun and full shade, and it grows to a maximum height of fifteen feet tall and ten feet wide. It can also be trained as a single or multi-stemmed tree. 'Governor Mouton' bears variable flowers in peony-form or semi-double. Slow growing, upright to spreading shrub or small tree with age.
