This Goodyear Engineered Products Plicord Flexwing black nitrile rubber petroleum transfer hose assembly is suitable for conveying gasoline, oil, ethanol blends, and other petroleum-based fluids with up to 50% aromatic content in pressure, gravity flow, or suction service. Its tube is constructed of black nitrile synthetic rubber with a Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) Class A (high oil resistance) rating, for a maximum volume change of +25% and will retain a minimum of 80% of tensile strength after exposure to oil. Its red-striped black Chemivic (Buna-N-vinyl) cover resists oil, abrasion, and ozone. This hose is reinforced with a spiral-plied synthetic fabric and wire helix for a maximum pressure rating of 150 pounds per square inch (psi) and full vacuum rating of 29" Hg. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -35 to +200 degrees F (-37 to +93 degrees C), and comes equipped with two factory-installed aluminum cam and groove couplings.
