About Goodyear EP Pacer Black Rubber Gasoline Hose

This Goodyear Engineered Products Pacer gasoline dispensing hose assembly is suitable for dispensing gasoline in a wide range of applications where meeting UL Standard 330 or CUL standards for dispensing flammable liquids is necessary. Its nitrile synthetic rubber tube resists oil, solvents, and aromatic compounds, and its black Chemivic (Buna-N-vinyl) synthetic rubber cover resists oil, abrasion, and ozone. Its spiral synthetic yarn reinforcement with static wire provides the strength for a maximum pressure of 50 pounds per square inch (psi). This hose assembly can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to +140 degrees F (-40 to +60 degrees C). It meets Underwriter's Laboratories (UL) Standard 300 and Underwriter's Laboratories of Canada (CUL) standards for dispensing flammable liquids, and comes equipped with two factory-installed cast zinc male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded couplings with crimped aluminum ferrules. This hose is suitable for conveying gasoline in a wide range of commercial, industrial, and agricultural applications.Industrial hoses transfer or convey air or liquid in hose systems. When selecting industrial hoses, use the STAMPED method:S = Size (ID, OD, and length)T = Temperature (maximum and minimum temperatures of material being transported)A = Application (industry or process)M = Material (to be conveyed, type and concentration)P = Pressure (maximum working pressure)E = Ends (type of end connectors or couplings on hose)D = Delivery method (volume and velocity)The inside diameter of the hose must be adequate to keep pressure loss to a minimum and avoid damage to the hose due to heat generation or excessive turbulence. The hose must be capable of withstanding the minimum and maximum temperatures that occur within the hose system. Some applications require specialized oils o
