The Global 10 Piece Takashi Knife Block Set includes the G-2 8" Chef's Knife, G-9 8.5" Bread Knife, G-21 6.25" Flexible Boning Knife, GS-5 5.5" Vegetable Knife, GSF-22 4.25" Utility Knife, GS-6 4" Straight Paring Knife, GSF-15 3" Peeler/Parer, GKS-210 Kitchen Shears, and G-74 8.5" Ceramic Sharpening Rod, and quality 9-slot bamboo storage block. Global G and GS series blades are made from a proprietary CROMOVA 18 Molybdenum/vanadium stainless steel alloy. The knives are ice-tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-58 degrees. Global blades hold a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion.
