The packs are powered by PureTemp, a biobased phase change material that carries the USDA Certified BioPreferred label. In lab tests, the cooling material has shown consistent, repeatable performance over thousands of melting-solidification cycles. In short: It never stops working.SIZING: The Sports Vest comes in one size designed to fit most adults.It weighs just under 5 pounds, including cooling packs, and will fitchest sizes between 29 inches and 52 inches. Extender strap sets, soldseparately, are available for larger adults.The Glacier Tek Children's Cool Vest, also available on Amazon, weighs lessthan 3 pounds, including cooling packs.
