About Garlock 41096-FT20-10 GFO With Silicone Lubricant
An industry standard for over 20 years, style 5100 provides consistently high performance in a wide range of applications. Style 5100 is a Lattice braid packing made using 100% Gore GFO filament yarns and a silicone break-in lubricant. This style does not fray when its cut, is easy to install and features long life and water efficiency in rotating equipment applications. Style 5100 features good thermal conductivity, speed capability, chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction, and low coefficient of thermal expansion. It can be utilized through an extremely wide range of applications including acids, alkalis, aromatic and aliphatic solvents, alcohols, esters, petroleum and synthetic oils, steam, water, aqueous solutions, air and dry industrial gases. Excellent for use in pumps, mixers and agitators. Unlike other PTFE/graphite packing, only those made with GFO fiber deliver an unmatched level of assurance, confidence and easy handling. As a proud Seal of Assurance member, Garlock produces Style 5100 to the exacting standards that allow an operation to benefit from reduced maintenance and inventory costs.
