About G.a HOMEFAVOR 12"x 14" Pizza Peels Aluminum

G.a HOMEFAVOR pizza peel is the perfect Multi-tool and companion in baking and cooking pizzas, bread, pastries and more . Transfer pizzas, delicate breads, cakes, pies, pastries into an oven, wood fired oven or grill, keeping from burning your baker's hand from the oven or from the hot baked goods. Size: 12”(30.50 cm)x 14”(35.50 cm)Food Grade Aluminum Plate. With a strong 13”Adjust & Lock Natural Wood Oak Handle. Fully extended to 25”. Large enough for making a 12”pizza. Changing the screw with the metal bottom to lock the back side of the peel ,take 14" pizza out of the oven or roaster. Instructions: 1. Insert screw from the bottom of the peel. 2. Place the handle on top of the screw. 3. Screw on the knob to fasten. Tighten when in use and untighten to fold. 4. For storage losses the knob and swing the handle inward. Tips: For dough that's too wet, simply sprinkle your pizza peel metal surface with a little corn flour to help your pizza slide easier. Sprinkle with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran to allow the pizza, bread and baked goods to slide easily onto and off the peel. Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Scrap off any excess food or crumbs from the peel using a soft sponge. Dry immediately. Use the peel to carefully place the pizza onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray Use a wooden cutting board for slicing the pizza once ready Notes: Do not put the pizza dough directly onto the peel without some kind of coating. Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe. Do not leave the pizza peel for a long time in the oven to avoid the wooden handle from burning out. Do not slice the pizza directly on the peel. It may damage your knife blade or leave scratches on the peel .
