Together, they work to promote the sustainable development of their local economy through programs offered to members and their families on financial management, technical assistance, production and quality, and marketing. The communities' primary objectives are to reduce poverty and increase their standard of living. Their development programs have benefitted approximately 5,000 residents of Las Capucas and surrounding regions. To achieve that end, we investigated roasting technologies and identified air roasting - a process utilized by only one percent of today's roasters - as a proven method by which to produce consistently exquisite coffee flavor. Taking it a step further with advanced air-roasting technology, we're able to share with you like never before.
