The liners help prevent the dough from sticking and ensures an easy, foolproof release, making a brotform even more convenient. The liner also works to cradle the dough and protect it. The liner is custom-shaped to easily fit over the sides and into the brotform, leaving the beautiful, ribbed pattern to show on the baked loaf. The brotform is made of natural cane and can be used as a serving basket. To clean your brotform, simply shake the excess flour out after each use. If dough gets stuck on the cane, let it dry and use a stiff brush to take it off. Never use soap to clean It. If it does get wet, allow to dry at room temperature. The seamless liner is made of 100% cotton and is machine washable. Brotform made in Vietnam and liner made in Poland.
