Product Description This new bit from Freud routs the edge flush and rounded in a single pass - reducing time and aggravation. 1/2" Overall Dia (D), 3/8" Carbide Height (h), 1/4" Shank, 2" Overall Length (H), – Small Dia (n), 1/16" Radius ( R ). Application: Trimming plastic laminate edges that normally require hours of difficult hand filing to finish. Made In Italy. From the Manufacturer Freud's new "Radius" Laminate Trim Bit for Formica, Wilsonart and Similar Grade Laminate Countertops is designed to elimante the hours of difficult hand filing normally required to finish the edges of plastic laminates. This new bit routs the edge flush and rounded in a single pass while delivering a high quality finished product. With regular flush trim bits the edge is left either square or with a flat bevel that still requires filing. This bit replaces Amana's no.47150 "No File" bit. Bit features TiCo Hi-Density Carbide, Perma-Shield Coating, unique cutting geometry, and shielded bearing to resist glue build up and 1/4" shank. Ideal for countertop grade laminate including Formica, Wilsonart, and similar materials.
