About Franklin Electric 581604 Magnetic-Drive Centrifugal
The Franklin Electric 581604 magnetic-drive centrifugal pump has a 9.75 gallons per minute (GPM) output and is suitable for circulating highly corrosive solutions and suspensions, such as acid baths in an electroplating application. The HC-series pump has a continuous-duty 1/25Hp motor with magnetic coupling that drives the pump impeller and eliminates the wear and maintenance required by mechanical seals. The glass-filled polypropylene sulfide (PPS) fluid path, ceramic shaft and thrust washers, and fluoroelastomer (FKM) O-rings are corrosion resistant. This pump accepts 115V, 60Hz input power, with a 6' power cord and NEMA 5-15 plug, and meets the CSA Group standard for electrical safety. Franklin Electric manufactures transfer systems for water and automotive fuel in residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, and municipal applications.
