FoxFury HammerHead white and UV LED flashlight for use in fire/arson investigation and forensics. 380 nm light used to search for accelerants including oil, gas and turpentine. Can also be key instrument for NDT (non-destructive testing). Orange goggles should also be used along with little ambient light to visualize evidence. Made of aircraft aluminum and is waterproof, fire resistant and impact resistant. Non-rolling design. Runs on 3 CR123 batteries. White light: 180 torch lumen. 8 degrees focused beam. Recommended operational distance: white light up to 200 feet of distance vision; UV light: 3 to 5 feet. 1 white CREE and 12 UV LEDs. Dual wavelength: white + 380 nm (UV). Tap switch (rear of light). Thumb rest. Mode 1: white light (full intensity); Mode 2: UV light (full intensity). Fire resistant, waterproof to 20 feet, impact resistant. 6.6-inches length. Head measures 2.2-inches width by 1-1/2-inches height. 1.1-inches handle diameter. Aluminum 6061-T6 hard anodized housing. 3 CR123 (batteries included).
