Audible Alarm Once the unit has detected water, it will produce a very audible alarm for up to 72 hours depending on battery life. Low Battery Alert Alarm will chirp every 60 seconds to alert you when the 9 volt battery is low. Alarm Placement Place alarm directly on the floor or mount it on the wall with included hardware.
