Flo-Kem Flo-Crete II is an indoor/outdoor acrylic emulsion sealer for use on both indoor and outdoor non-resilient flooring such as concrete, tile, slate and other hard surfaces. Flo-Crete II An indoor/outdoor acrylic emulsion sealer for use on both indoor and outdoor non resilient flooring. Durable, chemical resistant and will not whiten or peel from exposure to sun and rain. Excellent for use on concrete, terrazzo, quarry tile, slate and other hard surfaces. Makes cleaning easier and helps to preserve the integrity of the flooring. Used in warehouses, garages, manufacturing plants and on outdoor stone/tile flooring. Coverage is approximately 1500 square feet per gallon. Color: Milky white emulsion. Fragrance: Acrylic. pH at 77 degree F: 9.0 +/-.05. Volatile organic compounds(VOC): less than 20 grams per liter. Slip resistance (foot pressure): Excellent. Detergent resistance: Excellent. Alkali resistance: Very good. Acid resistance: Excellent. Gasoline resistance: Very good. Alcohol resistance: Excellent. Hydro carbon solvent resistance: Very good. Re-coating: Excellent. Coverage coat: 1500 square feet per gallon.
