If not intending to use for a period of time we also recommend doing this for the the other parts if possible to maintain the best quality and longevity of your meat processing helper. -Maintenance: Hand wash only, we recommend towel dry the parts thoroughly and apply food-grade oils to the steel parts to avoid rust.
