About Flexicraft Ultrasphere Rubber Expansion Joint With
The Flexicraft Ultrasphere is an economical rubber expansion joint, often connected to pumps and equipment to provide for movement and absorb vibration. The standard elstomer is EPDM, but others are available for chemical resistance when needed. For pipe diameters 1" to 12". Provide molded rubber expansion joint with solid steel flanges that are free to rotate for installation. For a reasonable cost, it provides good pressure, temperature, and movement characteristics. It also helps to control pulsation shocks and noise transmission. The floating metal flanges on this expansion joint freely rotate for easy installation, and it comes with tapped holes which eliminate the cost of nuts. No control units are required. Measures 5" inside diameter by 6" length.
