This charger produces a 0.5-joule output with 10,500 volts with no load. Use traditional steel and aluminum wire, polywire, polyrope, or polytape in conjunction with this fencer. If using poly products, expect about half of the power from the Fi-Shock energizer. Plug the Fi-Shock 10 Mile AC Powered Charger into a standard, 2-prong outlet and protect the unit from the elements. Use a weather-proof box in the field or mount the charger inside a building structure with the convenient built-in holes on the back of the charger case. This UL Listed and fuseless designed fence charger includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty that covers damage from lightning.
