This finely hand-painted resin statuette depicts Our Lady of Medjugorje during one of the Blessed Virgin Mary's apparitions taking place in the homonymous town in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Holy Mother stands on some clouds, on which a red ribbon stating the repeated word "MIR" (= "peace") hangs. She wears blue-grey robes down to her feet and a medium-length veil. She also boasts a gold-coloured halo around his head with 12 stars. With one hand resting on her chest and the other towards the visionaries, she instills serenity and sweetness. This 12 cm statue of Our Lady of Medjugorje comes with a paper bookmark whose front side depicts the image of the statuette, while the back boasts a prayer in Spanish. The figurine is delivered in a durable and refined gift box made of smooth, light brown cardboard. Thanks to its plastic window, you can easily see the figure without having to open the package. The same prayer you can find on the bookmark is printed on the front of the box, while on the other sides you can read some notes in Spanish about the Marian apparitions and the day of their celebration (June 25th).
