About Fermentaholics Liquid Invert Sugar Syrup - Great

A water solution of cane-based sucrose in which part of the sucrose has been changed to invert, fructose and dextrose. Acid hydrolysis is used in this process. The sugar solids in the solution are approximately 50% inverted. The resulting mixture has greater solubility than sucrose syrup and has significantly more microbiological stability.
