Please check the video description of the WiFi connection of the sports camera on our official website (Feiyu on App V2.3.0 has a new UI interface, and the video in our list has been compared with Feiyu ON App V2. 3.4) 2. Make sure your action camera WiFi is 2.4GHZ, otherwise you will not be able to find your action camera on Feiyu ON App. 3. You would need to single Click the gimbal mode botton after connected with action camera, or your action camera would stay on connection interface. 4. Please make sure the gimbal has well been balanced before turning on, or it would cause vibration: To balance it, please loosen the knob ring , pull cross arm until camera is horizontal, and then lock the ring. 5. Please kindly make sure that you gimbal Firmware version and gimbal version it the newest (After Feiyu On App V2.3.4, it would show a short hint if new gimbal firmware was avaiable, you can click the update botton on the upper right corner)
