Set includes one Fall Protection Monitor 3000 measuring 5" x 3.25" x 1", one floor mat sensor pad measuring 24" x 48" and one caregiver pager measuring 3.25" x 2.50" x .75". This is a perfect caregiver alert solution for health care facilities and in-home caregivers allowing a quiet alert to notify caregivers in another room. When a fall risk patient steps on the floor mat, the alarm will automatically alert and a wireless signal will be sent to the caregiver pager. Caregiver will simply press the reset button to stop alert. The Fall Protection Monitor 3000 has a status light and low battery indicator. Caregiver Pager range is 150' to 300' from Fall Protection Monitor 3000 and comes in a case to conveniently clip to belt or carried in pocket. The Fall Protection Monitor 3000 has a 1-year warranty, the floor mat sensor has a 1-year pad life and the caregiver pager has a 6-month warranty.
