Bulk Mode offers full charge strength for low charged batteries, Absorption Mode provides a high constant voltage for mostly charged batteries, and Storage Mode maintains a low constant voltage for fully charged batteries. Charge time depends on both battery size and condition of the battery. Normal 15 Amp-hour batteries take approximately 9 hours to get to 80%, while a large vehicle battery may take multiple days to reach a high charge.
