About Extra Long / Tall White Fabric
This white polyester fabric shower curtain has a sleek but elegant appearance, using nylon-like material that is soft and yet water repellent. Although the curtain is not completely waterproof (as it's made of non-peva material without any plastic or vinyl), water mostly beads up on the inside and dries before soaking through. It may be used alone, with a liner, or even as a liner for another curtain. Metal grommets (buckles / rings) are built into the curtain across the top for easy hook placement. The curtain comes with basic plastic hooks for hanging on the curtain rod, but more elegant hooks can easily be purchased separately. Small metal weights are sewn into the hem at the bottom, which reduces the amount of billowing from drafts. Some billowing may still occur with strong drafts, of course. The material is fairly thick at 90 gsm (grams per square meter). This type of material tends to resist mold or mildew buildup. The curtain is machine washable, though it is recommended to use cold water and a gentle cycle, and to air dry, or tumble low and remove promptly.
