Cooking: Preheat grill to desired temperature Place mats flat on grill grate and then place food on top Do use medium or low heat Do use wood, plastic or silicone utensils Dp remove mat from grill when cooking is complete Do NOT use at temperature above 500F(260C) Prolonged high heat or direct flame may damage mat Do NOT cut food or use sharp objects on mat Clean-up: For beat results, clean immediately While the mat is warm, wipe mat down with clean, damp cloth. Use tonges or grilling gloves tp avoid injury Once cool, wash mat in warm soapy water, dry and store DO NOT use any abrasive pads or cleaning agents Do NOT fold or crease mat while storing. Before use: Wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly Save packaging for storage and safekeeping
