About Everest Blade 14" Blade Havildar Kukri-Traditional

The khukuri was used during the WWII by "Havildar" sergeant in the war of Burma .Everest Blade produce this kukri with the design given by a Customer .The kukri has 14.5" blade made of 5160 highly graded carbon steel with the balance temper on the edge so its very strong .Even the kukri have flat and long blade the kukri's weight is just 700grams,curve handle and light blade makes the kukri comfortable to use.5.5" rat tail handle is made of water buffalo horn. Traditional type of scabbard is made of natural water buffalo leather with beautiful design on it.Two knife "karda" sharp one is for small type of work and "chakmak" blunt one is for sharpening the main blade.Beside carrying the knife on war time this kukri can be used to cut wood, firewood, clearing bushes ,cut meat ,bone etc.T his one may be best one for the knife collector since this knife is actual used by the gurkha during the world war
