The Ergo Chef Professional 5 Pocket Roll Bag measures 19" x 11" when opened and 19" by 5.5" when closed. The Ergo Chef 5 pack of Universal Knife Edge Guards are designed to protect your fingers and knife edges from dulling and damage while storing in a drawer or knife roll bag. The guards work on all stamped, forged, and ceramic knives and the bright colors help identify knives easily in a drawer or in a knife roll. Set includes 5 different sizes and colors: 1 x 4.2-inch Pink (paring knife), 1 x 7.5-inch Red (Utility knife or santoku), 1 x 8-inch orange (Carving or bread knife), 1.5 x 8-inch blue (chef knife), and 1.5 x 6-inch green (chef or santoku). This Ergo Chef Pro-Series 10 inch Diamond Sharpener is oval shaped and designed to easily remove burrs & sharpen the edge on your knives with just a few light passes on its medium grit diamond coated surface. The oval shape gives you two semi-flat sides to run the blades down, instead of the round shape of a traditional steel. The flat sides on the handle prevent roll around the counter or drawer. The 10" length diamond steel sharpener has an ergonomic comfortable non-slip grip black handle with a large 1.6" diameter face to protect your hand while sharpening. It also features a rubber tipped end to ensure it won't slip when you hold it upright while sharpening. This 10" diamond steel also fits into most wooden blocks.
