This Eppendorf F-35-6-30 fixed-angle conical tube rotor with 6-place array, adapters, and a plastic lid is for use with microcentrifuge models 5430 and 5430 R. The rotor has a maximum rotational speed of 7,830 RPM, relative centrifugal force (rcf) of 7,197 x g, and is autoclavable at 121 degrees C for 20 minutes. The rotor has a 6-place array that accommodates 6 x 15 mL or 6 x 50 mL conical tubes. It includes six adapters for 15 mL conical tubes and six adapters for 50 mL conical tubes (the 50 mL adapters accommodate skirted tubes). A plastic lid is included for basic applications. This fixed-angle rotor is an accessory for use with Eppendorf centrifuge models 5430 and 5430 R, which spin biological lab samples at high speeds to separate cellular material into component parts.
