Our cutting boards and tools get their natural look and texture from our exclusive material called Richlite, a paper composite which is non-porous, dishwasher safe, durable and easy on knives. It has been used in commercial kitchen and restaurants for over 75 years and meets the highest standards of cooks and chefs worldwide. Epicurean took their traditional handy board and made it a little more "special". The Riveted Handy Series features slate-colored scales to add comfort and strength to the handles. Each scale is fastened to the boards by hand with custom brass rivets made in Chicago, especially for Epicurean. Each board is made in the USA, is dishwasher safe and comes in a combination of 4 different sizes and 2 colors.
