The "Clarity" ring is an elegant meditation spinning ring hand made with 3 outside spinning bands -- 1 checker box pattern in sterling silver in the middle and 2 brass spinning bands on both sides. The base ring has a clean high polish hammered pattern body and is made in sterling silver. This ring captures clean , simplicity, and elegance in a modern style. Let the spinning of the bands help you clear your thought and get rid of your nervous energy to maintain calmness and focus during the day. This ring is 13mm wide from knuckle to knuckle and weighs 8 grams based on a size 8 ring. Because of the ring over ring nature of a spinning ring, this ring cannot be sized. Energy Stone now offers rings in half size. We have always made our rings true to size with extra room to accommodate swelling of fingers during the day. That is to say, we made size 7 1/4 to sell as size 7 and size 7 3/4 to sell as 7 1/2.
