About Electric Pellet Mill For Wood, Biomass, & Forage
This pellet mill is recommended for home use or small businesses. Ideal for making pellets of alfalfa, forage, wood, biomass and/or balanced animal feed, it has a high performance at a low cost due to the combination of a great transmission, low motor consumption, and the 120 mm flat die. With a 3 kW 3-phase motor, it can produce 60 to 120 lbs/hr of alfalfa or forage pellets. The machines for making wood pellets are an ingenious way of production that does not need additional components, such as steam or binding agents. Simply add milled wood chips or sawdust and the machine will do the work producing pellets. This machine is shipped with the user's manual and toolkit for operation and lubrication. The machine includes one flat Die to produce 6mm diameter pellets. We also have available for sale a selection of dies to produce pellets with the following diameters: 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, and 10 mm.
