Kit includes: instructions, Ready-to-Load DNA, agarose, practice gel loading solution, electrophoresis buffer, microtipped transfer pipettes, InstaStain Blue and FlashBlue stain. All you need: electrophoresis tank, power supply and waterbath. DNA samples are stable at room temperature. However, if the experiment will not be conducted within one month of receipt, it is recommended that the DNA samples be stored in the refrigerator.
