Edible Gel Hearts, made by us and packaged for you. This product comes in a variety of colours. The heart has a rounded top. The hearts are soft and absolutely transparent. They have the texture of ‘gummy candy’ and have a light vanilla taste. They are easy to remove from the mould if chilled and can they be applied to patisserie or cake of your choice. If applying to sugar paste/icing, please use either diamond glue, confectioners glaze or egg white to protect the heart from the water in the icing. This product should not mist over unless in a very humid environment. If misting does occur then brush the surface of the heart with water. The mould the hearts are presented in can be re-used for your own ice or chocolate hearts.
