Amber Barista Crystal Rock Candy Demitasse Sticks are an elegant alternative to ordinary table sugar, used to sweeten and garnish coffee, latte, espresso, cappuccino and tea. Create a memorable finish to meals with a coffee served including our barista sticks. Candy sugar imparts a smooth, more "cordial" sweetness to after dinner coffees and teas. The average length of the barista sticks is 4 3/4". Barista crystal sticks (rock candy) are the product of the further refining by recrystallization of pure cane sugar. In fact, it is the purest form of sugar available because all impurities are excluded as the large crystals form. Ingredients: Made from Pure Cane Sugar, Caramel Color.
