This Driveway Games premier tailgate cornhole set is made from the same top-quality materials as our regulation cornhole boards to provide a solid, authentic cornhole game play experience, but they've been trimmed down a foot (to 3' x 2') for greater portability. These boards are handcrafted from 100% wood -- no composite materials or plastics. The top surface is 3/8" cabinet-grade plywood with finished with marine-grade varnish to provide the perfect amount of slide. The wood frames are handcrafted Pine, and feature lap joints and a center cross-brace for strength. The wooden legs are retractable and are held in place by robust galvanized steel bolts with wing nuts. We were able to engineer the weight of this cornhole set down to a manageable 30 pounds without sacrificing game play. Compare to homemade sets, made with 2x4's that weigh in at a hefty 60 pounds! our lightweight design makes this a portable cornhole game set that's easy to carry to picnics, parties, the beach, wherever you go. While the game come with a traditional varnished wood surfaces, the boards can easily be painted or customized with NFL or NCAA decals. Also included are 8 regulation size all-weather cornhole bags which measure 6" x 6" and weigh 14 oz each. These waterproof bean bags are made of heavy all-weather canvas and filled with moisture and pest-proof plastic pellets-unlikee corn, they will not Rot if they get wet. Our cornhole bean bags are double-stitched, and quality tested for consistent weight and size.
