There are two connecting ways, one is Driver-Controller-Strip, another one is Driver-Strip. If connected by Driver-Controller-Strip did not work, maybe the controller is not connected well. Please try Driver connecting Strip directly. Note, the power cord connect to driver must insert deeply enough, when power on driver, the blue signal on driver will light.
