About Dixon 4ES4-B Brass Quick-Connect Hydraulic
This Dixon 4ES4-B brass straight through hydraulic quick-connect 1/2" coupler has a 1/2" ID barbed hose connection end, a valveless construction, NBR seal, and connects to a straight through hydraulic quick connect plug. The barbed hose ID connection fits inside the hose and has a greater hold than non-barbed connections. Brass provides corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. The nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) seal provides high tensile strength and resistance to abrasion, tear, and compression set. This fitting's maximum working pressure (MWP) is 2,200 pounds per square inch (psi) (149.66 bar) at 70 degrees F, and the valveless construction provides maximum flow with minimum pressure drop.
