About Dixie Ultra SX11PLW Heavy Weight Oval Paper
The Dixie Ultra SX11PLW disposable oval serving platter is made of paper coated with the Dixie Soak-Proof Shield, which is composed of a proprietary mixture of materials to help resist moisture and grease. The platter has a multi-layer paper construction for strength and rigidity and to help resist cuts, and it is suitable for family-, buffet-, and banquet-style food service, among others. This disposable paper serving platter is white to coordinate with many tableware or drinkware designs and decorations. This disposable paper platter is safe for use in microwave ovens and can be used with a Dixie L11PL clear plastic dome lid (sold separately) to help prevent spills and protect contents during transport. It measures 8-1/2 x 11 inches (W x L). (W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
