About Diamond II, Our Luxurious Kona Blend Medium-Light
Diamond II is correctly named and truly is the diamond in our Kona Blend Collection. This beautiful coffee is a medium-light roast selection which provides a very rich, smooth taste but is definitely NOT a dark roast and will NOT brew a dark cup of coffee (we have many dark roast selections that meet that goal). Diamond II is a testament to the skills of our Master Roaster, brining out all the wonderful characteristics of this coffee and creating a perfect marriage of Medium and Light roast profiles. We hand select our 100% Pure Kona Coffee and our Hawaiian Coffee and we carefully blend it with our Certified Organic Rain Forest Alliance Fair Trade Coffee. We roast immediately before we package this wonderful coffee, sealing in all the fresh flavor and aroma. 8 Oz Ground.
