During his tenure as the offensive coordinator at Los Angeles Harbor College, the Seahawks posted an 8-3 record, were ranked number 27 in the United States, and won a K-Swiss Bowl at a school that hadn't been to a bowl game in 20 years. A former Golden Glove boxing champion and linebacker at Emporia State University, Hand holds a master s degree from the College of Saint Thomas.
