The rubber contour grips have micro profile handles to use on curves, small radiuses, and tight areas, and the rectangular foam grips have different thicknesses for sanding irregular surfaces. Simply wrap your sandpaper around one of these grips. Between the different shapes and sizes, you can get into the ornate nooks and crannies of your project.
